Role Purpose

Your mission: to conduct symphonies in raw material warehousing and oversee contract packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs

• Seamlessly oversee the flow of raw materials to and from various sites.
• Conduct precise stock counts and ensure overall stock accuracy.
• Ensure a steady supply of raw materials to the production line when required.
• Meticulously weigh batch packs in alignment with Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Implement stock management principles to minimize redundant and expired stock.
• Take charge of outsourced manufacturing (where applicable) and manage communication regarding forecasts and production run dates.
• Uphold impeccable accuracy in raw materials and packaging across internal and external warehouses.
• Collaborate with the finance team on yields and waste reconciliation.
• Strategically plan and coordinate collections in alignment with the logistics department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4.
• Up to 3 years of operational execution experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in basic MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
