SITE FOREMAN - EASTERN CAPE, East London

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage all teams, subcontractors, SMMES, employees and plant on site
• Planning of day to day activities on site
• Setting out of the works
• Basic survey (site levels etc.)
• Meet deadlines in accordance with the approved construction programme
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivities
• Ensure work activities are carried out in accordance with construction drawings, instructions and specifications
• Ensure all quality control criteria is met
• Enforce OH&S and environmental control on site as per the approved OH&S and Environmental Management Plan
• Complete daily reports
• Attend site related meetings if and when required

Qualification requirements advantageous

• NQF 4 – Supervision of Civil Engineering Construction Processes
• NQF 5 – Labour Intensive Construction Processes (NQF LIC 5)
• 5 years of experience
• Proven track record
• Valid drivers license
• No criminal record
• Experience to include civil construction in concrete, roadwork and or pipeline contracts
