FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS PRACTIONER - EAST LONDON, East London

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection Systems Practitioner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fire specialist position held in a private SA firm for minimum 5 years.
• Commercial & industrials use greenfield refurbishment & construction projects.
• Both water based and detection systems experience.
• Rational fire design and approval.
• Fire Engineer for a new small to medium multi-disciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio.
• Multi- discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager.
• Planning and management of inhouse contract documentation.
• Fire systems rational, design, coordination & certification.
• Fire Systems contract administration.
• Multi-disciplinary team collaboration & coordination.
• Rationale fire design with high competency in Revit and associated MEP plugins.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Valid ECSA Registration FSP (water-based systems and / or detection systems).
