REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in English ; IsiXhosa advantageous
  • Code B drivers licence and own transport
  • Immediately Available
  • Grade 12 and Relevant industry experience with contactable references will be more advantageous, training certificates a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum of 5 years field experience
  • Hard rock production and maintenance experience essential.
  • Manage all factors relating to attaining production target.
  • Mechanical experience and knowledge a must.
  • Quality Control.
  • Basic HR Function – staff time keeping, reporting to payroll department for warnings etc
  • Plan plant maintenance
  • Safety inspections and reporting.
