Internal Sales (Permanent), East London

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product knowledge, pricing, and order processing.

Order Processing: Manage the order fulfilment process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring that customer expectations are met.

Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and production teams to align sales efforts with product development and availability.

Minimum Requirements: 

- Matric Certificate

- Certification would be advantageous
