Work site environment Outdoors Wet/damp Hot Responsibilities: Budding trees Clean the crops Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for germination Cultivate on vertical farming system Cut horticultural crops Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Greenhouse cleaning Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions Hand harvesting vegetables Harvest seedlings Level earth to fine grade specifications Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes Mixing fertilizer Operate climate controls Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts Seed cutting Shear Christmas trees Tie and secure plants Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality Weeding Write daily basic progress reports Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants Mix and prepare soils Plant bulbs and seeds Pot and re-pot plants Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings Apply fertilizers Report signs of insect or disease damage Assist in grafting activities Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean work area Benefits Other benefits Free parking available Until: 2026-04-13
