A well-established business is seeking an experienced and results-driven

Branch Manager

to lead its East London branch. This role requires a strong leader with a solid background in the

building industry

and a proven track record in branch management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full operations of the branch, including financial performance and day-to-day management

Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets

Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Ensure efficient stock control, reporting, and overall branch profitability

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience within the

building/construction industry

Minimum

5 years’ experience managing a branch

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance

Demonstrated ability to grow a customer base and maintain long-term relationships

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
