Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
– Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff
– Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
– Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet industry standards
– Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and reduce waste
– Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of production activities

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
– Proven experience in a production management role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
