Kitchen Manager, East London

Well established restaurant based in East London are looking for a qualified and experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

Duties/Requirements:

• Must have a relevant hospitality qualification 
• Must have 3 to 5 years relevant experience
• Must be able to work shifts (day, night, Sundays and public holidays)
• Scheduling kitchen staff shifts
• Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff
• Health and safety compliance
• Keeping cost reports
• Assisting in menu development and improvement as well as costings
• Maintain kitchen inventory
• Supervise food preparation and cooking
• Managing food storage standards
• Good understanding of a breakfast type menu
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Overseeing kitchen operations
• Strong communication skills
