- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent; post-school admin courses advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- IHT QC and Corrections.
- PRF quality review.
- Execution of PRF corrections.
- IHT QC Spreadsheet Management.
- Seamless IHT processing – timeous, efficient PRF conversion to payment.
- Efficient and accurate case upload.
- Accurate, efficient invoicing of IHTs.
SKILLS
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
