Code 14 Driver (with PDP), East London

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Code 14 Driver with a valid PDP to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries between our three stores (two in East London and one in King William’s Town), while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all road and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Code 14 vehicle to transport goods between designated stores.

• Conduct daily deliveries between 2 East London stores and 1 King William’s Town store.

• Ensure all products are delivered accurately, in good condition, and on time.

• Carry out pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

• Maintain delivery logs, records, and any required documentation.

• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

• Assist with loading and offloading when required.

• Report any vehicle faults, incidents, or delays to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid Code 14 driver’s license with a valid PDP.

• Proven driving experience as a Code 14 Driver.

• Strong knowledge of Eastern Cape routes, especially East London & King William’s Town.

• Good communication skills and professional conduct.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position (schedule based on delivery requirements).

• Market-related salary (to be discussed based on experience).
