Job Title: Customer Liaison

Job Purpose

The Customer Liaison will serve as the key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external service providers/insurers. The role focuses on ensuring efficient communication, accurate data processing, and timely handling of authorisations and customer-related requests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately capture and maintain customer-related data
  • Process insurance authorisations in line with company and insurer requirements
  • Submit additional requests to insurers and follow up on approvals
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding status of claims, bookings, and requests
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports timeously and accurately
  • Manage general administrative duties including filing and document control
  • Handle booking coordination and scheduling as required
  • Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external stakeholders

RequirementsMinimum Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience (insurance environment advantageous)
  • Strong data capturing and administrative skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
