Project Manager (3 month contract), East London

Requirements:

A relevant BSc / Btech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Project Management

Must be registered with SACPCMP, or eligible to register

At least 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager/Construction Manager of medium to large company.

Have sound experience as a contracts manager and quantity surveyor in General Buildings (GB), Electrical Works (EB), Mechanical Works (ME), Civil Works (CE) and Structural Works.

Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft, CCS and Xero).

Must be able to estimate.

Planning, Forecasting, Cashflow, Subcontract Manager, Cost and allowable.

Experience in Building&Civil Projects.

A valid South African Driver’s licence.
