Reference: EL002678-Glyni-2 We are seeking a Property Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape. Duties&Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant degree / diploma and good computer literacy 10 years’ experience in the property environment with at least 5 years’ experience in property management Leasing experience with an existing network of retail and commercial tenants, on a national and regional scaleMust be prepared to travel throughout EC and sleep out The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintain high occupancy level and attract tenants by advertising Conclude lease agreements with new tenants and renewals Overall management of lease agreements Meet with tenants and maintain good relationshipsFollow up with queries and concerns and resolve complaints Ensure all properties are maintained and ensure security services are adequate Oversee new developments, coordinate vendors and execution of projects Develop project plans and measure project performance Perform risk management and review monthly management accountsPropose rental rates and collecting rentals / deposits Authorizing payments, preparing budgets / expenditures and variances Prepare reports and participate in educational opportunities Observe / monitor staff performance, identify training needs Interview / hire applicants and ensure adherence to company’s disciplinary codeSalary: R40 000.00– R50 000.00 per month including Provident fund + Company vehicle&fuel card Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
