Company Description Belvanta Systems is an AI-powered operational intelligence platform built for forestry, timber, environmental, fleet, infrastructure, and industrial operations. The platform unifies GIS intelligence, AI analytics, compliance automation, risk modeling, fleet intelligence, and environmental monitoring into a single enterprise ecosystem. Belvanta enables organizations to manage plantations, timber processing, audits, logistics, operational performance, and field operations through real-time dashboards, GIS mapping, and digital traceability. Its architecture is designed for scalability, mobile field use, audit-ready compliance, and advanced capabilities such as digital twins and simulation. The company focuses on helping asset‑intensive industries modernize their operations with data‑driven, future‑ready technology.

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Co‑Founder role based in East London. The Co‑Founder will work closely with the founding team to shape the company’s strategy, product roadmap, and go‑to‑market approach, with a strong focus on operational intelligence and industrial customers. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include validating customer needs, leading discovery conversations, and translating market feedback into product features and priorities. The role involves building and nurturing customer and partner relationships, driving early sales opportunities, and contributing to marketing narratives, pitch decks, and investor materials. The Co‑Founder will also help establish internal processes, define key performance metrics, support hiring decisions, and represent Belvanta at industry events, meetings, and demonstrations.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to understand complex operational environments and inform data‑driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement, presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software, with the ability to develop pipelines and close strategic deals.

Marketing experience, including positioning, messaging, and supporting campaigns for technology or SaaS products.

Background in or strong interest in forestry, environmental, industrial, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.

Experience in startups or early‑stage ventures, with comfort in ambiguity and hands‑on execution.

Familiarity with AI, GIS, or data platforms is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
