They offer first-class services and strong client relationships due to a track record of delivering projects on time, to budget and to high standards.Due to their growing success and innovative business, they are seeking an ambitious, experienced freelance Construction Manager to join the team. Responsibilities

Work with the development team to ensure the site is delivered to plan and within budget. Support the Site Manager in managing all site resources, including supervising Sub-Contractors. Maintain Health and Safety standards across all projects. Assist with delivery of all production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation.Requirements (Qualifications)

Experience working on site with main contractors Degree qualified or equivalent Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business Good problem solver with the ability to work with minimal instruction Smart, presentable and comfortable dealing directly with customers Punctual, reliable with good practical skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for career progression and work-life balance.
