Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Technologist in Edenvale, GP.

Responsibilities:

Compliance with all SANS10400 regulations Obtain site / stand / premises information Interior details and architectural drawings Finishing schedules Specification sheets Site inspections Site measurements and as-built drawings Project management and site organization with site instructions Obtaining relevant quotes for specific projects Meeting all potential contractors and sub-contractors Council documentation preparation Must be comfortable taking minutes of meetings with Contractors and supplier Collect Samples and compile client presentations Placing orders and checking of deliveries Assist with Budget preparations. Confirm delivery installation dates Receive deliveries

Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in the field of Architecture. Must have site experience dealing with a variety of consultants. The Ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in: AutoCAD Revit (Advantageous) Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint Afrikaans and English speaking Must have drivers license and own car Must be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality. Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
