Administrative Assistant, Edenvale

An Engineering powerhouse in Edenvale is looking for a detail orientated and well rounded Administrative Assistant to join their team
Market Related Salary

Minimum requirements:

• Ensure switchboard is always attended
• Take accurate messages for staff
• Housekeeping of reception area
• Meet and direct visitors to relevant meetings
• Ordering food for visitors and arranging tea and coffee for visitors
• Taking minutes of the meeting when required
• Assisting with stock takes
• Booking of parcels or envelopes
• Waybills on all incoming or outgoing parcels
• PPE for all sites (dispatched, and update PPE registers)
  Stationery all sites (requesting quotations and ensure orders are dispatched)
• All Gate passes and registers
  Update POD register for debtors
• Assisting with customer queries and quotations (COA’s, credit applications, MSDS, TDS)
• Assisting with Invoicing
• ISO – Scanning, saving and filing of all ISO documentation in all departments
• ISO – Archiving of filing in all departments
• Adhoc task necessary to conduct business
