We’re a growing digital marketing agency helping home service businesses across the U.S. generate more leads and phone calls through Google Maps, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization. We work with contractors such as remodelers, roofers, painters, flooring companies, plumbers, electricians, and more.

We’re looking for an experienced Local SEO / Google Maps Specialist from the Philippines to join our team full-time and help improve local rankings, Google Maps visibility, and lead generation for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP)

Improve Google Maps rankings for local service businesses

Perform local SEO audits and competitor researchBuild and optimize local citations and directory listings

Optimize website on-page SEO for local rankings

Create and optimize service area pages and city pages

Manage NAP consistency across online directories

Implement local SEO strategies to improve calls, rankings, and visibility

Monitor rankings, traffic, and GBP insights

Help clients generate more Google reviews and improve reputation management

Upload GBP posts, photos, services, updates, and other optimizations

Collaborate with our U.S.-based team to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction

What You Need

3+ years of Local SEO and Google Maps ranking experience

Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization

Experience ranking local businesses in competitive markets

Knowledge of local citations, on-page SEO, link building, and keyword research

Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Local Falcon, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GBP tools

Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Required)

Experience with home service businesses

Experience with WordPress and landing page optimization

Understanding of Google Ads and conversion tracking

Experience responding to Google reviews with SEO optimization

Basic understanding of schema markup and technical SEO

Tech Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet

Webcam for Zoom meetings

Quiet work environment

Familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and SEO tools

Compensation&Schedule

$750–$1,000 USD/month depending on experience

Quarterly performance bonuses available

Full-time: Up to 40 hours per week

Some overlap with U.S. business hours (CST preferred)
