After Sales Manager, Mechanisation

The After Sales Manager, Mechanisation is responsible for the effective overall control and management of mechanisation parts and the workshop to deliver a sustainable, profitable service to all XXX Group clients. The role is based in Ladybrand/Bloemfontein with regular travel to client sites and other company locations.

• Financial management of the mechanisation division to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Personnel management including hiring, training, performance management and coaching of workshop and parts staff.
• Control and management of administration, record keeping and reporting.
• Market share growth through customer retention, after sales service excellence and new business support.
• Management and maintenance of assets including workshop equipment and tools.
• Inventory control and parts management to optimise stock levels and availability.
• Ensure workshop safety, compliance and efficient service delivery.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams.

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in a mechanisation environment.
• Proven parts and/or workshop management experience.
• Technical background in agricultural mechanisation or related field.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
