The Company offers consultancy services specialising in medical facilities, luxury residences, luxury hotels, commercial offices, retail, educational facilities, alternative energy solutions and industrial projects.

JOB SUMMARY– ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – SENIOR/INTERMEDIATE (REGISTERED)

EMCE Ltd. is seeking to employ an experienced and dynamic Senior/Intermediate Level registered Electrical Engineer for our Engineering Design Department.

The person appointed to this position will report directly to the Managing Director/ Director of Operations and collaborate with other members of our Team to strategically meet the goals and objectives of the Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior/Intermediate Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and construction supervision of all electrical systems related to luxury residential, commercial, medical, educational and industrial projects. These systems shall include:

Power distribution and power quality Fire alarm and intrusion detection CCTV and access control Structured cabling Building management systems Alternative energy solutions

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Proven understanding of electrical engineering as it relates to building services (e.g. lighting, electrical distribution, fire alarm and security systems, structured cabling, and IT) Knowledge of relevant electrical codes (NEC/IEE) Experience on construction projects Excellent time management and project management skillsAbility to prepare&present designs and solutions Excellent interpersonal&communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Registered Professional Engineer Minimum of 7 years relevant experience Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MEP REVIT A Master’s degree is a plus but not required

INTERMEDIATE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Registered Professional Engineer Minimum of 4 years relevant experience Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MEP REVIT
