About Silversands Silversands is a luxurious beachfront development located on the pristine sands of Grand Anse Beach in Grenada. The property features exclusive Beachfront and Seaview Villas, each designed to offer unparalleled comfort and elegance. Amenities include a wellness center and spa, fine dining restaurants, retail outlet, a cigar lounge, beach club, and a 100-meter infinity pool leading to two miles of beachfront access.
Role Overview The Sales Director will lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to attract and secure buyers for Silversands Villas, as well as condominiums and plots for private villas, across our Grenada portfolio of properties. This role involves driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, ensuring the property’s market competitiveness and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
Collaboration: Close collaboration with the marketing director, CBI director and the Hotels General Manager to ensure a good flow of leads and high conversion rate.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including realtors, agencies, corporate clients, and media outlets.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various initiatives.
Reporting Relationship Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decision‑making.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a senior sales role within the luxury real estate or hospitality industry, preferably including branded residences.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high‑performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and related job experience.
