This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with approximately 3 years of sales experience who is looking to grow within the occupational health and safety industry and eventually build and lead their own sales team.

A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential for this role due to regular client visits and travel requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote and sell OHS products and services
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and consultations
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance objectives
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with management on sales growth strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Assist in growing and mentoring future sales team members as the business expands
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of external sales experience
- Previous experience within OHS, PPE, industrial, technical, or related industries is advantageous, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ambitious with leadership potential
- Ability to work independently and manage own client base
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to travel to clients regularly
