About the Role
The OHS Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the OHS and compliance sector. The role is well-suited to someone energetic, target-driven, and eager to develop into a future team leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career, expand their client base, and eventually develop and manage their own sales team within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Promote and sell OHS products and services Conduct client visits, presentations, and consultations Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities Meet monthly sales targets and performance objectives Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Work closely with management on sales growth strategies Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support Monitor market trends and competitor activity Assist in growing and mentoring future sales team members as the business expands
Minimum Requirements
Approximately 3 years of external sales experience Previous experience within OHS, PPE, industrial, technical, or related industries is advantageous, but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ambitious with leadership potential Ability to work independently and manage own client base Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable) Willingness to travel to clients regularly
