Quality Assurance Technician (Tester)

Softsure is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing team based in George, South Africa. This role is suited to someone with a minimum of two years’ solid software testing experience who is confident working independently, understands structured QA practices, and is ready to take ownership of release quality.

Your Mission You will be responsible for validating software against defined business and technical requirements, ensuring releases meet Softsure’s quality, performance, and compliance standards. You will be expected to manage your own testing responsibilities within a sprint, work with minimal supervision, and proactively identify risks before they impact production. This is a hands‑on role requiring discipline, sound judgement, and theconfidence to raise concerns early. Quality is built through structure, accountability, and continuous improvement and you will play a key role in protecting that standard.
