Successful candidates will be able to operate and lead effectively in a busy team, juggling multiple assignments, deadlines and competing priorities. Duties&Responsibilities

Provide junior staff with clear direction, goals and objectives. Set appropriate standards and create a positive work climate. Provide coaching and/or training to improve performance. Perform audit fieldwork. Produce financial statements that are clear, concise and error-free for companies, close corporations, trusts and individuals.Apply technical expertise and analyze data effectively. Finalize and propose audit opinions and financial statements. Complete timesheets. Manage own and others’ time effectively. Monitor progress and performance against deadlines and milestones. Desired Experience&Qualification

Completed SAICA training contract– Audit&Assurance elective. Completed CTA (preference). Knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SMEs. Working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Pastel. Proficient in CaseWare working papers. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize duties. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) (English and Afrikaans). Package&Remuneration

R22 000 to R30 000 per month, CTC
