The purpose of this role is to lead store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting targets, and creating a positive, high-performance retail environment. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environmentEnsure operational processes and systems are consistently followed About You
