Overall responsibility for the store profitability and effectiveness

non-negotiable: Product and price

Reduce selling price on about to expire fresh food stock in order to minimize waste

Staff motivation, reallocation, multi-skilling and discipline as per company policies and procedures

Prepare any reports as required by the Responsible Manager in written, tabulated and graphic format

5+ Years in a Retail Managerial position
