Raw Material Stores Supervisor needed by global chemical manufacturing company, duties and requirements include:

• Supervise the Raw Materials Store
• Supervise staff including safety, discipline and delegation of duties
• Communicate effectively with other departments
• Receipt deliveries into ERP system
• Generate and print GRVs
• Transfer raw materials for costing batches
• Ensure data are accurate and up to date
• Conduct cycle counts and follow up on variances
• Ensure correct stock levels
• Organize stock takes
• Manage consignment stock
• Liaise with other departments as required
• Issue raw materials for production
• Assist in Forklift driving when required
• Generate and maintain FIFO system
• Control raw material sampling process, records and traceability
• Ensure compliance with the quality and  health and safety system  and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
