CNC Manager, iSithebe

PLEASE NOTE: Position based in Mandeni North of Stanger

Please consider the location before applying

• Compiling the production plan for each operator
• Prepare drawings as requested
• Utilize both manual drawings as well as computer based applications such as AutoCAD
• Once drawings are completed and authorized, it needs to be sent to CNC operators for production purposes
• For any alterations that needs to occur, draftsman makes changes to the renderings
• Partially responsible in the orientations of new staff
• Manage employees and all payroll administration
• Prepare all stock for stock take
• Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations
• Attending courses or seminars required by the company
• Manage employees and complete weekly payroll requirements

Qualifications:-

• Matric
• AutoCAD qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in Production Management

Experience:-

• IT support expererience
• Excellent IT skills; specifically Microsoft Word,AdvExcel & powerpoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• 3 year expereince.
