Site Supervisor, Kuruman

• Matric (Grade 12 / Standard 10) or Equivalent (Required)
• Relevant field related Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage
• Valid Locomotive Driver's License
• Valid Brake Certificate
• 2-3 Years' Experience in a relevant position/environment (More than 3 years of work
experience will be an added advantage)
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Valid Driver's license

• Ensure conformance to client's production schedule
• Ensure suitably qualified personnel to perform duties
Safety, Health and
Environment
Management
• Ensure conformance to statutory requirements
• Appointed safety representative on site
• Manage medical fitness and induction of all ARTS employees
• Participate in the safety and environmental audits
• Write up safety procedures
• Conduct safety incidents investigations
• Maintain Safety Management System
• Manage PPE
• Task Observations:
- Adhere to customer requirements regarding tasks observations through
frequent and consistent observations
- Identification of risk and unsafe behaviours
- Develop corrective action to mitigate the risk identified
