Kitchen Operations Manager needed for Restaurant group in Gauteng. Candidates must have 6+ years' relevant chef experience. Looking for someone with a hands-on approach – the successful candidate will report to the senior operations manager. General duties include maintaining group kitchen standards and kitchen service levels as well as result reporting. The position is suitable for a self-motivated ambitious candidate who can maximize kitchen potential. Applicants must have extensive experience with food preparation, stock control, quality control, staff management and training. Looking for an individual with a firm management style and comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operation procedures . Must be able to think fast and make quick decisions.
