???? ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-driven, hands-on and reliable Internal Sales & Materials Controller to join a fast-paced operational environment dealing with high-value materials.

This is a hybrid role combining office-based accuracy, stock control, production support, and local deliveries/collections.

???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

???? Production & Materials Support

Receive and book in materials from suppliers

Weigh, record, and photograph materials before and after processing

Assist with production/melting processes and material tracking

Ensure accurate data capture and compliance with internal standards

Support daily calibration checks of equipment

???? Internal Sales & Stock Control

Maintain accurate stock records for metals, tools, and production materials

Perform regular stock takes and reconciliations

Update internal systems with stock movements

Assist with internal sales coordination and order processing

Ensure full accuracy across all stock and system records

???? Deliveries & Collections

Collect materials from suppliers and deliver to clients when required

Safely transport high-value materials

Maintain accurate movement records

???? Compliance & Administration

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately

Support audit readiness and compliance requirements

Maintain strict attention to detail in all processes

???? REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12) essential

Valid Code 10 driver’s licence

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Experience in stock control, internal sales, admin or warehouse environment

Computer literate (Excel, email, data entry)

Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Able to follow strict procedures without deviation

Manufacturing, production or warehouse environments

High-value stock control

Internal sales or order processing

Technical or compliance-driven operations
