Data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques Experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects) Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Postgres SQL) Knowledge of BI tools Experience with financial/investment systems (advantageous) Proficiency in:

Power BI Advanced Excel Microsoft SQL Postgres SQL Confluence Jira Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint

Responsible for collections made on key accounts assigned. Identify opportunities for process optimization. Leverage self-service BI tools for enhanced function performance. Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue. Generate Insights and Analytics

Look for trends in data to identify potential solutions for recurring queries. Liaise with key individuals to rectify source data discrepancies. Create strategies to increase collection rates. Generate insights through analysis of handovers, collections, and failures while identifying possible trends.Reporting

Provide reports to internal and external clients. Collaborate with data teams and the business to design data analysis and reporting solutions. Perform testing to ensure information meets requirements and accurately reflects source data. Stakeholder and Team Engagement

Collaborate with internal clients to ensure processes and products align with business requirements. Analyze data and feedback from clients and management. Proactively propose improvements to processes and reporting solutions to enhance the analytics offering. Share knowledge and learnings with the team.Participate in cross-collaborative projects to drive process improvement and innovation. Verify the logic of data extracts and analysis with team members.
