Our client — a global engineering powerhouse operating across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific — is expanding their Geotechnical & Drilling Operations team. This new role is ideal for a technically strong, commercially driven specialist who thrives on building markets and closing high‑value opportunities.

The Opportunity
You’ll drive sustainable sales and margin growth across a leading portfolio of geotechnical and construction drilling solutions — including casing advance systems, DTH hammers and bits, and piling/foundation tools. Your focus: identifying, developing, and winning opportunities with contractors and project owners in mining, construction, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Grow revenue and margins across the region
- Build and manage key accounts; open new markets
- Lead technical sales engagements and solution presentations
- Support tenders, pricing, and project‑driven opportunities
- Stay close to customers through frequent site and client visits

What You Bring
**Degree/diploma in civil, geotechnical, mining engineering, geology — or strong practical drilling/geotechnical experience
**3–5+ years in technical sales, business development, or project roles in geotechnical, foundation, drilling, or mining equipment/services
**Solid understanding of drilling methods: DTH, casing advance, rotary, HDD, forepoling, piling, micropiling
**Proven ability to deliver revenue and margin targets
**CRM + MS Office proficiency; confident interpreting project and pricing metrics
**Willingness to travel frequently across the region
