SA - Gauteng, BedfordviewMy client in Bedfordview is looking for an Airfreight Controller (Import, Export and Cross Trade)

R32 000 CTC per monthMinimum requirements:
Coordinate full airfreight processes from initial booking to final delivery. Prepare and process export/import documents, including AWB, declarations, transporter instructions etc. Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular status updates, tracking information, and resolving shipment delays or issues. Liaise with airlines, origin and destination agents, handling agents and transporters to arrange cargo collections / deliveries and bookings. Handle internal costings, file register and negotiate airline rates when necessary, and manage accurate client invoicing via CargoWise. Possess a good understanding of Incoterms, Customs and import / export procedures. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications especially Outlook and Excel CargoWise experience essential. Good understanding of DRG and Part 108. Group A (previously CAT6) Certification beneficial
