Overview

Hire Resolve’s client, leading plastic manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Process Manager to join the team. 

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee high-productivity processes & perform preventative/corrective maintenance. Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas. Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees. Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements.

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in plastic manufacturing & injection machine setup. Tertiary qualification required. Strong analytical & communication skills (all levels). Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills & fluency in English (written & spoken). Thrives in fast-paced environments & excels at problem-solving with initiative. Meticulous attention to detail with a team-oriented approach
