Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning for each shift

Monitoring performance and taking action to meet McDonald’s standards

Monitoring safety, security, and profitability

Communicating with the incoming Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift

Assisting departments to meet goals and targets

Key Duties

Inventory management

Daily maintenance and cleanliness

Managing crew

Quality food production

Training

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. The candidate must be 18 years or older.
