As a Senior Specialist: Maintenance Planning, you will: Define maintenance planning routines and implement change management strategies. Propose strategy amendments to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor costs, efficiencies, and risks in maintenance plans. Continuously improve maintenance planning processes.Draft reports on CMMS metrics and statistics for customer sites. Desired Experience&Qualification

QUALIFICATION: Advanced Certificate in Maintenance Planning/Management (NQF 5). Diploma in Maintenance Planning/Management (NQF 6) (Advantageous). Heavy Equipment Mechanic HEM Trade (Advantageous). Driver’s License. EXPERIENCE: 8 years experience as Senior Specialist: Maintenance Planning.3 years experience applying trade. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Understanding of maintenance planning processes, routines, and requirements. Understanding of Life Cycle Models. Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Sound knowledge of heavy earth moving equipment products or experience in mining/construction machines.Familiarity with the Mine Health&Safety Act, 1996. Understanding of Contractual/Service Level Agreements and contract interpretation. Mining&Quarrying.
