As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager within TQEH’s Mental Health Rehabilitation Service, you’ll support the Nurse Consultant (NC) and Team Manager (TM) in leading a dedicated nursing team, fostering a safe, connected, and recovery-focused environment that empowers both staff and consumers. Lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Coordinate staffing, rostering, and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and professional development initiatives About you: You’re a compassionate and capable mental health nurse who leads with purpose and care. You bring advanced clinical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team environment. Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide and support others Demonstrated experience coordinating care for consumers with complex mental health needs Skilled in fostering teamwork, driving positive change, and developing staff potential If you’re passionate about making a difference in mental health rehabilitation, we’d love to hear from you!
