FTTH Site Design, Johannesburg

The Site Design Engineer for the client will work within the site acquisition manager to ensure that lease drawings are compiled according to the requirements for building plan submissions at various municipalities. After building plans are approved, construction drawings are to be prepared correctly ready for the construction manager. Other function s include general administrative work for filing and record keeping.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare drawings for landlord signature and building plan submission.
• Work closely with the Site Acquisition Manager to ensure drawings are compiled within 48hours of lease signing.
• Complete a minimum of 5 drawings a week to submit for building plan approval.
• Compile site power plans from ISS documents.
• Base station drawings are to be completed timeously to send out to the MNO's for approval.
• Submit internal progress reporting to management on a regular basis
• File, upload all documentation correctly onto internal server
• Complete any other tasks that management requires from time to time
