Description

JOB PURPOSE
To provide Administrative and Personal Assistant/Secretarial services to the Executive
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 2 -3 Years' PA & Admin experience
• Experience in the public sector, Matric / Grade 12 & Secretarial Diploma
• Computer Literacy & Must be fluent in English (ability to read, write and speak)


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Provide secretarial services to the Executive Manager
• Handling and screening of incoming calls & Processing of incoming mail
• Taking of minutes & typing of correspondences
• Communicating with various levels of management internally and externally
• Communicating with members of the public & Office management
• Interacting with General Managers, Regional managers, Managers, and Executives of the
company & interacting with members of the public and internal staff
• Coordination of activities within the department
• Preparation of presentations for the Executive Manager
• Coordination and arrangement of the presentation venues and equipment
• Coordinating all travel arrangements for the Executive Manager, i.e. booking of airlines,
hotels, travel documents, etc.
• Managing the Executive Manager Office internal and external arrangements.
• Arrange and maintain accurate recording of appointments, meetings lunches, and seminars
and all other activities assigned by the Executive Manager
• Assist with coordinating activities of the Executive Manager of the Component.
• Arrange refreshments, tea, etc. for visitors and meetings
