Freedom Won has an opportunity for a HR Officer who will be responsible for executing the administrative duties in the various HR functions, and providing support in areas including, Recruitment & Selection, Administration, Employee Wellness, Employment Equity and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute human resources administration aspects and maintain staff records.
• Assist with Co-ordinating and executing the recruitment and selection process.
• Accurately and effectively process employees' data involving legitimate changes.
• Provide professional advice, assistance, and recommendations to business on disciplinary action and grievances.
• Support HR function by supplying information and assistance to staff and Line Managers on HR and work-related issues.
• Co-ordinate and assist with various aspects of new staff on-boarding processes.
• Ensure compliance to any collective agreements.
• Co-ordinate on-boarding process.
• Compile monthly and quarterly recruitment status reports in line with HR requirements.
• Review and implement HR Policies & Procedures in accordance with latest legislation and ensure changes are communicated to Managers and employees.

Skills and Experience:
• Related qualification in human resources essential.
• 4 years' experience in HR administration and general HR functions (Non Negotiable).
• Advanced computer literacy and system proficiency essential.
• Excellent administration, planning and time keeping skills.
• Customer service orientation and self-motivation.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Shown ability to manage work and self proactively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and handle pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proven track record.
• Resilience.
• No criminal record.
