Dutch speaking VIP Executive, Johannesburg

We have an EXCITING job opportunity for a Dutch speaking VIP Executive to join their team in Johannesburg, South Africa. You will deliver extraordinary entertainment in the right channel and at the right time throughout the player's time with the company. Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking VIP Executive in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

• Build strong relationships with valuable customers and providing an extraordinary service and gaming experiences tailored to them, across all products
• Monitor individual customer performance and ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered according to business requirements
• Coordinate retention and reactivation activities; including planning, execution and evaluation
• Handle a customer's day to day queries including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide the VIP with a personal and tailor-made service
• Evaluate and reporting on VIP activities and performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Host VIP events in order to maintain strong relationships
• Report directly to the Head of VIP

Requirements for this Dutch speaking VIP Executive job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

• Strong command of written and spoken Dutch and English languages
• Strong understanding of sports book and casino products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust
• Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
