• Must be fluent in Norwegian and able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Strong PC literacy
• Strong customer orientation
• Availability to work shifts (International Call Centre)
• Exceptional business and people skills
• Fully computer literate in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and internet)
• Strong administrative, organisation and planning skills
