System Trainer, Johannesburg

Main Purpose:

To provide System Training and support of Operational teams

Formal Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade twelve (12) / Matric with Mathematics
• Customer liaison/Employee Benefit industry qualifications will be advantageous.

Required Experience:

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in the Financial Industry

Experience in the Retirement Fund environment will be advantageous. 

Operational Effectiveness:

• Training
  • Set up training facilities by booking venues and preparing all other equipments
  • Send the assessments to new employees
  • Provide theory and practical training of the new employees
  • Marking of assessments electronically
  • Update procedure guide if there are any system changes
  • Reporting on the performance of the trained staff to their managers
  • Handle training queries of the trained staff.
