About the role:

They are looking for a talented Sales Manager. You will be responsible for taking the initiative to drive opportunities, build positive relationships with prospective clients, and support future clients with the adoption of the portfolio. The Sales/ Product Manager will have to manage vendor relationships, create regional business plans and be accountable to deliver against a number.

Responsibilities:

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through leads, pre-qualified meetings, and your own prospecting.
  • Prospect through phone, email, and face-to-face networking with government and private organisations.
  • Prepare and deliver in-market customer face-to-face presentations.
  • Qualify opportunities by uncovering the customer's business needs.
  • Responsible for developing and executing annual and quarterly territory plans.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Leverage Salesforce.
  • Remain in regular contact with your prospects through active listening and effective discovery processes, develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses, help to diagnose their compensation pain points, and prescribe available solutions.
  • Conduct formal weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews that ensure correct coverage that will exceed target attainment.
  • Work closely with customers, pre and post teams, and cross-functional partners to build a comprehensive and frictionless experience for users.
  • Monitor activities, identify risks and implement activities to ensure the success of KPl's.
  • Work with marketing departments to ensure assigned territory marketing objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 3 years of sales experience for enterprise software or security company with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at selling
  • Customer obsession; skills in understanding customer's needs and priorities Eager to help people reach their goals while also confident enough to challenge when required
  • Confidence and business acumen; willingness to learn about the ever-changing world of cyber security
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience and certifications with Data Protection & Governance solutions (this is a MUST)
    • Data loss prevention (OLP)
    • Digital Rights Management
    • Cloud access security broker (CASB)
    • Data Discovery & classification
    • McAfee, Forcepoint, Symantec Cyber Security, Netskope
  • Experience working with cyber-security standards such as NIST, Cloud Security Alliance, ISO 27001 - ideally with Cyber Security certification (e Security+, CISSP, CISA)
  • Good English language skills are required for this job and the ability to travel regularly within the region, as needed.

Package Includes:

18k AED a month
30% commission on top (at 100% target) ++ on exceeding target
