Nursing Manager, Johannesburg

LetsLink is assisting a private hospital based in Benoni on the East Rand Gauteng is seeking to employ a Nursing Manager 

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall Nursing Management of the Hospital.  Reporting directly to the Hospital Manager and indirectly to the Regional Nursing Manager. 

Minimum requirements to apply: 

• Relevant Nursing qualification - Diploma in General Nursing  or B Cur Degree
• A relevant business management qualification is preferable
• Nurse Manager or Deputy Nursing Manager experience is an inherent requirement 
• Ability Worked with complex teams to manage efficiencies, motivate and lead change.
• Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management.
• Strong and persuasive negotiating skills
• Proficient understanding of legislative and business climate pertaining to nursing.
• Ability to manage own energy, and intra-personal and inter-personal skills functioning.
• Resilience within a complex, challenging environment.
