The HR Manager delivers a comprehensive range of human resources services in consultation with the business unit needs. Main function is to assist the business operations management as well as manage the full employee lifecycle which includes but not limited to:

· Strategic HR guidance and advice

· Leadership and Culture engagement

· Attraction, recruitment, selection, onboarding

· Talent and performance management

· Retention

· Remuneration and Benefits

· Staff Communication

 

Required Qualification and Experience

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree with majors related to HR Management - preferable

 

Experience and Exposure

· 5 – 10 years HR Generalist experience

· 2 years plus experience as a HR Manager

· Understanding of the Insurance Industry - advantageous

· Understanding of call Centre management – advantageous
