Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
